The unannounced Android powered smartphone Samsung SPH-D600 has made its way to leak online and it is definitely headed to Sprint. It has already passed through the FCC doors a month ago. Now the folks over Phandroid have managed to some hands on this mid-range spec’d mysterious handset.
Though it is having mid-range specs, Samsung SPH-D600 will be launched with 4G WiMAX radio inside it, but the display is boasting the low resolution of 320 x 480 pixel, and it will be powered by a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, and paired up with a 3.2 megapixel camera with LED flash around its back. Also of note is that the D600 will probably ship with the Android 2.3 GIngerbread, Samsung Replenish-like hardware buttons, and Connectivity-wise, you will get 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi along with Bluetooth 3.0. We can also see that it is having a front-facing cam for video chatting.
Previous rumors and leaks have shown this handset as a full QWERTY slider, but the latest leaked images haven’t hinting any kind of physical keyboard.
Price & Availability
There is no word on the exact launch and price info of the yet-to-be named Samsung SPH-D600 handset yet, but we’ll keep you posted. Lets hope that Sprint may announce about this mid-range 4G capable handset very soon.
